• Technical information: our web server keeps standard logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages visited) to keep the site secure and working.

3. How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry, visit your site, prepare a quote and deliver the work you ask for.
• To provide after-service support on work we have done for you.
• To consider your job application and contact you about suitable roles.
• To keep the website secure and prevent spam.

We rely on your consent when you send us a form, on the steps needed to give you a quote or carry out a contract with you, and on our legitimate interest in running a safe, working website. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.

Your information is seen only by the Onyx team who need it. It is stored with our website and email host, Hostinger, which processes it on our behalf. We share information with others only when the law requires it, or with your permission.

5. How long we keep it

• Enquiries and client records: for as long as we are working with you and for a reasonable period afterwards so we can provide after-service support and keep proper business records.
• Job applications and CVs: up to 12 months, so we can contact you if a suitable role opens. You can ask us to delete your application sooner.

This site uses one small, essential cookie to protect our forms from spam. It is deleted when you close your browser.

The website is served over a secure (HTTPS) connection, and we limit access to your information to the people who need it. No system is completely secure, so please do not send bank details or other sensitive information through our forms.
